Introducing Our Reading Ambassadors!
Hello, we are the Lander Road Reading Ambassadors and we have an important job to do in school. We all love to read and our job is to encourage others to read too.
We meet every week and discuss ways in which we can promote reading for pleasure, including sharing ideas and opinions from our classmates.

Judging the Class Reading Areas
Our Reading Ambassadors recently had the very important job of judging our class reading areas. The children devised their own judging criteria and marked each area on:
- Attractiveness
- Comfort
- Selection of books
- Organisation of books
And the winner is...
Year 1 Reading area!! Well done to Miss Tansley and the year 1 children!
